rush_rolling_stoneIn their 47 years together, Rush have pretty much done it all. They’ve sold millions of albums, packed arenas and stadiums around the world and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013, but until now there is one thing they had never done. Rush have finally made the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. The Canadian rockers are on the front of the July 2nd issue. Inside the magazine there’s also a list of The 50 Greatest Prog Rock Albums Of All Time and Rush have three albums on the list. 2112 is number 22, Hemispheres made the #11 spot and the band’s 1981 album Moving Pictures is #3. Other bands in the Top 50 include Yes, Genesis and Emerson, Lake and Palmer. Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon is #1.  See the full list here:
