Police with an update on a vandalism case, and charges for a 35 year old man from an incident in July

North Bay Police have an update regarding an incident earlier.

It regards a theft at a North Bay car wash in July.

Police say yesterday a 35 year old turned himself in and has been charged with 1 count of theft under $5,000. Police say a large amount of coins was stolen.

City Police report vandalism from the weekend.

Police say last Saturday it was reported by a resident that two vehicles were vandalized by spray paint on Cedar Street. The markings included the letter a with a circle around it. Then later in the day similar markings were observed on a vehicle parked on Galt Street.

Police say since then they have discovered several mischief incidents in the Galt Street/ Cedar Street area and as well another vehicle on Galt Street with the same markings.

In addition, J.B. initials were sprayed on the vehicle as well as to property.
