Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson took to Twitter on Thursday to encourage people–particularly men–to speak out if they are suffering from depression. “Hardest thing sometimes (especially men) is asking for help,” he wrote. “I wish I did. You’re never alone. Speak up.” Johnson appeared on Oprah’s Master Class last week and opened up about suffering from depression after he was cut from the Canadian Football League in 1995. During his candid interview, he said that the most important thing is for people to “have faith that on the other side of your pain is something good.”
