Break The Trend
Break the Trend pump up the Stache Dash Gala crowd.

THAT’S A WRAP! Another year in the books for the Stache Dash. The charity event recognized as the largest Movember charity run in Canada, wrapped up on Saturday night with a capacity crowd at North Bay’s Fox and Fiddle for the Stache Dash Gala. The night was chock full of great prizes from Galaxy Cinemas, the North Bay Battalion and Best Buy, including the grand prize of a 50″ Sharp TV which Mark Knight took home as a door prize. The evening also featured two fantastic local bands, headlined by North Bay’s Terrorbirds and Break the Trend. Fox and Fiddle owner Nathan Taus, said “it was a great event… great cause… great turn out” a sentiment which translated into nearly $1,000 raised and a yearly total of just under $5,000 towards Men’s Health. Co-founders/organizers Jeff Smith, Chester Smirle, Paul Kennedy and Jeff Lacarte said “we’re very thankful to everyone who came out in support of both the run and the gala and can’t wait for next year!” Next year will mark the 4th year for the event and the crew says it will be the biggest and the best yet!
