Battalion Defeat the Hamilton Bulldogs 6-1

This was a good way to end the weekend even after they were shutout by Erie Friday night.

Justin Brazeau and Max Kislinger scored goals for North Bay in the first period.

Period 1 also saw Matthew Strome try to build an offence by scoring for Hamilton; however Kyle Wood extended the Battalion lead to 3-1 with his 8th goal this season. The second period was scoreless while the third saw goals from Max Kislinger and Brett Hargrave extended the lead for the Battalion.

So did Brady Lyle, who scored the final goal of the game with his first goal of the season.

Jake Smith was impressive in net making 26 saves of 27 shots.
