Official voting results are in from the 2015 Federal election

MP Anthony Rota won 183 of the 206 polls in Nipissing-Timiskaming in the 2015 Federal election.

The official voting results are in from Elections Canada and show he won every single poll in North Bay, except for one of the advanced polls.

Conservative candidate Jay Aspin won 23 polls, including all of the ones in Powassan, although some were close.

Overall, Rota had 51.9 percent of the vote compared to 29.3 percent for Aspin. 

49,099 votes were cast in the riding.

Voter turnout was 68.3 percent.
