North Bay PoliceNorth Bay Police have charged a 34 year old city male with assault and asault causing bodily harm.

Police say an argument happened around 7 Tuesday night  and it turned violent between  a couple.

Police say one of the people was pushed. 

The victim’s daughter intervened and she was physically assaulted.

Both victims sustained non life threatening injuries and were taken to hospital via ambulance.

The name of the accused has been withheld by police to protect the identity of the victims.

 
Meantime, North Bay Police are investigating a couple incidents of mischief and they’re asking the public’s assistance. 

This after the rear windows of two vehicles were smashed sometime between 630pm and 10pm yesterday (Tuesday). 

Police says the vehicles were parked on the side of the road in front of homes on Dane Avenue and Rita Road.  

Entry was not gained and nothing was reported missing.
