North Bay Police are looking into a couple of break-ins.

One happened between 9 am and 3 pm last Monday on Decaire Road.

Stolen were silver bars and coins that were inside two safes in the home.

Meantime, Tuesday night around 9:30 someone broke into a business on Cassells Street.

Police say Canadian currency was taken in connection with that break-in.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 5′- 6″ tall and weighing 140 lbs.

Police say he has a clean shaven face, was wearing white gloves, a white and grey hoodie, a black/blue jacket, was riding a blue mountain bike and carrying a reusable grocery bag.

And North Bay Police are investigating a fail to remain collision.

Police say last Saturday between 1 and 6 pm someone struck a black BMW car that was parked in the parking lot at the North Bay Mall.

Police say there’s significant damage from the rear door to the back bumper.
