City officials advise the water will be turned off in the area of O’Brien Street between Angus and McKeown and the road closed to allow for a hydrant replacement.

The work will start at 9 am and take about 8 hours to complete.

Detours will be in place.

Meantime, a traffic note on Anita Avenue, where the city says a portion of the road in the 700 block will be closed for most of the dayto allow for the replacement of a cross culvert.

The work is expected to last until about four o’clock this afternoon.
