a 20 year old North Bay man is facing an additional 40 charges relating to sexual violence and drug counts previously announced.

The list of charges against James Larry Boucher now includes offenses committed against a total of 14 victims.

The list includes 16 counts of sexual assault, 11 counts of sexual interference, 3 counts of choking, 4 counts of luring a child under 18, 8 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and 1 count each of assault, assault with a weapon and forcible confinement.

Police say Boucher is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
