North Bay Police have charged a 35 year old male with 3 counts of armed robbery.

The charges relate to one robbery on Monday night at a motel on O’Brien Street and two robberies Tuesday evening at a gas station on Trout Lake Road and a convenience store also on Trout Lake Road.

Police say a man was located on Gordon Avenue where he ran from police and was arrested soon after.

Police say in all three cases a knife was brandished and money was demanded and taken.
