North Bay Police Chief Shawn Devine says they have investigators looking into a video that was posted on Facebook.

He says the video appears to be concerning but it may be a one sided account of what is alleged and he’s confident it’s totally inaccurate and a misrepresentation of the facts.

Devine says he will have more to say upon the completion of the investigation.

His comments were made after the release of the video which shows an person picking up drugs, putting them in his pocket and leaving a downtown residence.

The video shows the man going into a North Bay Police vehicle which leaves the scene.
