North Bay’s Terry Restoule is $400,000 richer.

He took a spin on the Big Spin wheel in Toronto and won top prize in the Big Spin instant game.

He purchased his winning ticket at the Esso on Pinewood Park Drive.

Restoule says he plans on spending his winnings on a big party and setting up education funds for his children.
