Schools open Tuesday in Mattawa but school buses aren't running

Due to the serious flooding in the Mattawa area school buses have been cancelled for Tuesday.

Schools are open.

As well, the Canadian Red Cross will be at the legion registering any evacuees from 10-5.

In North Bay, officials expect the water level on Lake Nipissing to rise by 1 to 2 cm a day over the next several days.
