Battalion break camp with a road trip

The North Bay Battalion have wrapped up training camp.

Brad Chenier had the winner for Team Green over Team White 3-2 yesterday in the final intra squad game.

In the four games, Mitchell Russell led the way with 10 Points, Brad Chenier had six and Cameron Peters six points as well.

The Troops roster is down to 29 players as they head out on the road today to take part in the OHL Pre-season Showcase.

The Troops have games starting tomorrow against Kitchener, Saturday versus Peterborough and on Sunday Saginaw is the opponent.

Forwards Mason Primeau and Matthew Struthers will be attending National Hockey League rookie camps next week.

Primeau will at the Vegas camp and Struthers at Montreal’s camp.
