Busy weekend for Lakers and Panthers and Voodoos in action too

In OUA women’s hockey, the Nipissing Lakers are playing Windsor in their School Day Game at 11 am Friday at Memorial Gardens.

It’s also the 3-0 Lakers home opener.

They also play Saturday night, at home to Western.

The men’s hockey team visits York Friday night and Guelph on Saturday.

Both Nipissing volleyball teams are home to Ryerson Friday and Trent on Sunday.

The Lakers basketball teams host Windsor on Saturday and the lacrosse team has a playoff game against Bishops on Saturday.

Only one game for the Powassan Voodoos this weekend. They’re on the road to Espanola Friday looking for their 17th straight win.

In OCAA men’s basketball, Canadore travels to Fanshawe on Saturday and Conestoga on Sunday.

Both volleyball teams visit Algonquin Saturday and La Cite on Sunday.
