NFL Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis has a message for the North Bay Bulldogs while they wait to get back on the field.

He says while everyone deals with the pandemic there’s two ways to look at it, worry while you’re in it or work while you’re going through it.

“If you’re not working out, if you ain’t doing something everyday in your house then guess what, somebody else is getting better. It’s just the way it is in our business, right? So when you think about what you can be doing, don’t just sit at home, do not just sit at home and do nothing,” he says.

He says they need to be ready and workout.

“So I’m going to challenge the North Bay Bulldogs to go on my website, go on my Instagram, and go to teamnoexcuses.tv and join this ‘card’ workout, I’m doing three workouts a day, they say I’m retired. You only retire from the game, you never retire from life,” he says.

The message was posted Thursday to the Bulldog’s Facebook page.
