City police are looking for the driver of a vehicle involved in a fail to remain collision with a pedestrian early this morning.

Police say an adult male was crossing the intersection of McIntyre and Wyld when he was struck by a vehicle just after 1 am.

It’s alleged the driver stopped momentarily, uttered something and then drove away.

The pedestrian suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police are looking for an older model dark coloured mid-sized car.

The driver is described as a man in his late 40’s or early 50’s with grey hair.
