In Switzerland recently, a YouTuber who goes by the handle Gursk3 decided to hang-glide for the first time. As Gizmodo reports (and as Gursk3 shared on YouTube, naturally), he and his pilot realized Gursk3’s harness hadn’t been attached shortly after takeoff, resulting in a pretty wild two minutes and 14 seconds, during which Gursk3 literally clung–or hung–to life. He survived the ride, but ended up fracturing his wrist and tearing a bicep muscle. Gursk3 says he’s definitely going to try hang-gliding again, explaining, “I did not get to enjoy my first flight.”
