An update on the lockout at the Children’s Aid Society.

CUPE says they received, and accepted, a request from the Labour Ministry on Wednesday to consider binding arbitration in hopes of reaching an agreement and ending the labour dispute.

Both parties have agreed not to make public statements about the next steps.

The lockout has been ongoing since December 23rd.
