Voodoos win in Blind River, Bears victorious in Sturgeon Falls

In the NOJHL, the Powassan Voodoos scored a 4-3 win over Blind River Sunday afternoon.

Tyler Gervais-Rolfe scored with 41 seconds left in the first overtime period.

Michael Silveri, Aaron Dart and Kyle Moore scored the other goals for Powassan.

The Voodoos are back in action Saturday at home to Kirkland Lake.

In NDA high school hockey, St Joseph-Scollard Hall scored a 6-5 win over Franco Cite in Sturgeon Falls.

Steven Ransom had two goals for the Bears in the Win.
